CNC Machining

The Fluets Corporation is outfitted with a state-of-the-art precision CNC machine shop. With more than 55 years of manufacturing expertise behind us, we can produce your custom close-tolerance components with ISO-certified quality and consistency. With our range of precision milling centers and lathes, we can deliver quality CNC machined parts as well as fully functional prototypes and turnkey components.

Mill/Turn Machining

Our precision CNC machining facility is outfitted with some of the industry’s most advanced CNC mill/turn machining equipment. Our state-of-the-art mill/turn centers deliver 7-axis machining services, while our advanced 11-axis mill/turn allow us to machine even the most complex custom components exactly to your specifications while guaranteeing our production quality meets the latest ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Contract Manufacturing

In addition to our range of in-house machining and manufacturing services, Fluets Corp delivers reliable secondary manufacturing capabilities through our trusted network of NADCAP-Certified providers. With over half a century of expertise in the manufacturing industry, we have carefully established partnerships that allow us to offer the most streamlined and cost-effective range of production services on the market – from design to assembly from prototype to production.

Quality Assurance and Inspection

The Fluets Corporation delivers industry-leading quality and consistency without compromise. All of our machining and production capabilities are performed to precision aerospace standards. Our meticulous quality assurance process includes First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to AS9102 standards.
